Modern Country House cooking is the style of cuisine our head chef Graham Gallagher produces in Coopers restaurant, using regional and international favourites prepared from the finest local produce, with herbs and vegetables from our own kitchen garden.

Overlooking the formal gardens, Coopers serves a monthly changing menu built around locally sourced game, fish and meat. A relaxed drink beforehand is always welcome in Hunters Bar. Private dining rooms are available for groups larger than 14 guests.
