Each of our bedrooms is individually decorated and furnished, with comfortable beds, en-suite bathrooms, Smart TVs, hairdryers, complimentary bottled water and luxury toiletries from The White Company. Irons and ironing boards are also provided, with baby cots available on request.

Castle Durrow offers a selection of accommodation packages, including Bed & Breakfast and Dinner, Bed & Breakfast, which includes a three-course dinner in our restaurant, Coopers.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of reservation.

For standard Bed & Breakfast and Dinner, Bed & Breakfast bookings, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival.

For accommodation booked as part of a wedding, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made within these periods, or failure to arrive, will result in a charge of the full accommodation rate.

Should you need to amend or cancel your reservation, please contact our reservations team directly. Full cancellation terms are also provided at the time of booking and in your booking confirmation.

Complimentary on-site parking is available for guests at Castle Durrow, with no advance reservation required.

Guests are kindly requested to park in the designated guest car parks and refrain from parking along the driveway, roundabout, access roads or any areas not designated for parking. Vehicles parked inappropriately may be subject to clamping or removal.

All vehicles are parked at the owner's own risk. Guests are advised not to leave valuables or personal belongings unattended in their vehicles. Castle Durrow accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to vehicles or their contents, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Parking is provided for guests during their visit or stay only. Vehicles may not be left on the property for extended periods, including whilst travelling or on holidays, without prior written authorisation from management. Castle Durrow reserves the right to arrange for unauthorised vehicles to be removed, with all associated costs payable by the vehicle owner, where permitted by law.

Electric Vehicle Charging

EV charging facilities are available exclusively to overnight residents, subject to availability. Guests must bring their own Type 2 charging cable. No app or registration is required.

Charging spaces cannot be reserved or guaranteed, and vehicles must not be left charging overnight.

Check-in at Castle Durrow is from 3:00pm, and check-out is by 11:00am on the day of departure.

Guests are very welcome to arrive before check-in to enjoy the grounds or relax in the main house while waiting for their bedroom to become available. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Guests Attending Weddings

If you are attending a wedding at Castle Durrow, we kindly ask that you arrive dressed and ready for the celebrations, as we do not have changing facilities available before check-in.

Please note that we cannot guarantee access to bedrooms before 3:00pm, particularly when a wedding has taken place the previous evening. We recommend making any necessary arrangements in advance to ensure you can enjoy the celebrations from the beginning.

While none of our bedrooms have private balconies, we are fortunate that all our bedrooms enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, gardens or River Erkina.

Each room offers its own unique outlook, allowing guests to enjoy the peaceful setting of Castle Durrow and its surrounding estate.

Castle Durrow is a historic country house, and while we endeavour to accommodate guests with reduced mobility, certain areas of the hotel and grounds may present accessibility challenges due to the original architecture.

We have one wheelchair-friendly bedroom featuring step-free access and an adapted bathroom, along with a selection of ground-floor bedrooms. Please note that the hotel does not have a lift, and access to bedrooms on the upper floors is via stairs.

The surrounding grounds include some uneven surfaces, steps and pathways that may not be suitable for all mobility requirements.
